Privacy Policy:
The credit card information about our customers is an important part of our business to us, but we are not in the business of selling it to others. We at Tools Direct DO NOT share this customer information with anyone. We need to collect and retain certain credit card information for customer references and fraud investigations. It is our practice to keep the information protected and private.
Merchandising Policy:
Price Changes: List prices, terms and discounts are subject to change without prices without notice.
Minimum Order: $25.00 minimum per order.
Freight Policy:
Shipping is free on all orders over $350 that is shipped 'ground'.

Any order that is over 150 lbs. or to large to classify as standard FedEx or UPS 'ground' will be classified as 'heavy freight'.

In order to qualify for free freight on deliveries classified as 'heavy freight', the customer must:
1. Take delivery of the order at the trucking company terminal   or
2. Take responsibility for off-loading the delivery at a commercial address

All other 'heavy freight' deliveries will be charged an additional 'tail gate' delivery charge.

Our Shipping Department reserves the right to route all shipments via the carrier of their choice.

Requests for expedited, Priority, Next Day or Two-Day Service will be added to invoice.
Return Policy:
We will refund the purchase price and freight fees for any defective product within 30 days of delivery. We will also refund the purchase price less 15% restocking fees for any unused products. If you should need to return any product you have purchased from Tools Direct, please observe the following procedures:

* Contact Tools Direct (1-866-268-2600) to receive a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Merchandise will not be accepted without a Returned Goods Authorization number.

* Write the RGA number on the box on several sides.

* Email the tracking number, and shipping company to donflynt@toolsdir.com. We must be able to verify the manufacturer received the returned item.

* All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid to destination.

* All returned merchandise must have been purchased within the previous 12 months.

* A restocking charge of 15% will be billed for unused returned products.
Acceptance of orders:
All orders are subject to acceptance by Tools Direct and shall be binding on Tools Direct only when accepted in writing or by shipment.
Delivery:
Unless otherwise specified on the customer's purchase order or on Tools Direct' acknowledgment, all orders will be shipped promptly in the most economical way.  We are not liable for delays in shipment occasioned by strike, fire accidents or other conditions beyond our control.
